Twins Territory!

Twins Territory here we come! Yesterday was our annual Family Twins outting. It was a perfect day for outdoor baseball. The sun was behind the clouds for most of the game, there was a slight breeze and the kids did great. The only thing missing was a Twins Win.

If you noticed Jameson did not appear in any of these pictures. We were not sure what the weather would be like so he spent the day at school but don't worry he was still wearing his Twins outfit. Maybe next year Jameson.

Summer is Flying By

While Trevor had his day of golf with the guys I took the kids to the Minnetonka Summerfest with the moms and their kiddos. We got there just in time for the kids to participate in the kid trot. They got numbers at the start and medals at the finish.

        Jameson was a trooper and just relaxed in the stroller all afternoon. He is just such a happy little guy!

The Minnetonka fire house was open and the kids loved climbing in the fire truck. Olivia is ready to take if for a spin.

Last year I got to join Ben and his class on the field trip to Apple Jack Orchard for strawberry picking and this year was Trevor's turn.

       After picking they stopped off at the DQ for a little treat before heading back to school.

Finally last week the kids had the St.Jude Trik-a-Thon. The kids all raise money for St. Jude's Children's research and then they bring their bikes to school and ride around the parking lot for a while. The Knight kids were well supported that day. Grandma, Kate, Julie, Stephanie and Leslie all showed up to watch the kids bike.

Cullen can really fly now on his 2 wheels. Big surprise that Ben wanted his training wheels off THAT night. Trevor promised we could try 2 wheels soon.

It was a hot day but the kids had a great time!

As you can see we have been quite busy but it has been a great summer.

School Pictures

Spring pictures have arrived. Some how they managed to get all three kids smiling. The teachers said it only took three separate trips to the picture room to catch them in a cooperative mood!

Middle Cullen Here We Come!!

The time has come once again for the Knight family to head north during the summer months to our home away from home. This year was a little different since we were taking the newest member of the family up to Middle Cullen for his first summer at the lake.

Ben loves to help Grandpa in the kitchen and that includes the kitchen at the cabin

  Jameson has been such a trooper. We never know what that first summer will be like. Ben was always up most the night and no one slept well his first summer up north. Jameson has been a different story, he sleeps well, plays well and is just overall content being at the cabin.

Mollie, Ellie and Scout love it there as much as we do!

Graduation!!

Last weekend was all about Trevor and his accomplishment! Graduation was finally here! Trevor has worked hard over the last 6 years with graduation as his goal. On May 19th he graduated from the University of St.Thomas with his Masters in Business Administration.

We started the weekend with a party at our house to celebrate with our family and friends. We had a great turn out with friends from all areas of our lives that have supported us over the last 6 years. Total head count was 26 adults and 22 KIDS. Our backyard looked like a small daycare center and it was so fun to have everyone there to support Trevor in his accomplishments.

        Saturday was graduation. Ben was so excited for the graduation party and ceremony. He spent the week telling all his teachers and friends about his dad's graduation. He was so proud of Trevor!

       When you receive your Masters you are "hooded" during the ceremony. Here is Trevor with his fancy hood after the ceremony.
