Time is going by so fast and this little guy is 8 weeks old already. He has been such a good baby. He really only cries when he is tired or hungry (or if his siblings are poking at him too much). He eats every 3-4 hours and sleeps from about 10pm-3or4am before waking to eat. He is also full of smiles, especially for mommy.
We decided to join Grandma for a day trip to Fairmont to see the Great Grandparents and Great Aunt Beth. I love going to visit them. We just sit around and visit and it is so relaxing!
Jameson decided it was sunny and Harrison needed his shades. He was such a trooper and wore them all the way to daycare that morning to drop off the kids.
AGAIN what a trooper! Jameson and Olivia did this to his face and then proceeded to take them off and put them back on numerous times.
We look forward to this night each year, Empty Bowls. It has been our tradition for a number of years now to meet the Juliens in Hopkins for the Empty Bowl event. This event supports food shelves and fill our tummies with yummy soup donated by local restaurants. The night is filled with live music, good food and great friends. The kids also love to pick out a ceramic bowl made my students in the district from all grade levels.
With a new addition to the family we needed some updated family photos. As always Jeff worked his magic and we ended up with some beautiful and also some fun family pictures.
The photo that I wanted and we did NOT get was one of just the four siblings. Jameson completely refused to sit a a picture without Trevor and therefore no sibling picture. This was the best we got and clearly we are missing ONE!
This was Ben and Trevor trying to replicate Jameson's pouting face
Finally a smile!
Sometimes the silly ones end up being my favorite because their little personalities really shine through.
Olivia loves girl time! We are training her early because this little lady loves the Parade of Homes. She went with us last fall so when she heard that Kate, Mom and Grandma were going she was right there with us.
When we started the basement project I promised the kids they could paint one wall. So last week when Ben got home I held up my end of the deal and the kids got to do their painting. They did a great job and took turns painting high and low.
