This year's day at the MN State Fair was a little bitter sweet. This was the first year in many, as long as I can remember that we did not go with mom and dad. With Great Grandpa's Eisenmenger having surgery Grandpa and Grandma across the street were still in Rochester. On the plus side, Emily and Thomas decided to join us this year. It has been a few years since they have come with us and it was great to have them along for the day.

The older two tried a few rides this year.
This was the first time we checked out the little farm. The kids loved riding the tracker, planting the food, picking the food and following along all the way to the free treat at the end!
The little boys also had their fair share of fun. It is a blast watching them together. They are actually starting to interact with one another.
We missed Grandpa and Grandma but all in all it was a great day filled with lots of food, fun and family!
